I would build a lovely house, With gas central heating and double glazing with draught excluders on every door. I would install an alarm, (Oooo!) To keep out the burglars, So we could have, A video and compact disc player. I would build a Patio, Just for you, Just for You (ooo hooo) So we could have Barbecues for the rest of our days.
