Samantha Dove:

Hi All

Having read your review Chris, I have to say you got it spot on!
What a superb night! Actually, I think I might've been sat right
behind you, although I wouldn't know. I think I was the only one
wearing the list t-shirt, which I wore with great pride. I would've
loved to have had the chance to meet fellow list members, but even
with my t-shirt, no-one acknowledged what it was about!

Anyway, I took my mum last night, her very first Chris De Burgh
concert. She's been one of those people that's thought I've been
deranged for the last 20 years, but at the end she said he was
brilliant, he has an amazing voice and reaches out to everybody.
I can't remember which song, but during one of them she did have a
tear or two. So we have another convert on our hands - WAHEY!

Having read the various reviews here about the different concerts,
I was really hoping that people would get up and dance etc, and the
good old North East never lets us down! Well done fellow
Northerners! I have very nearly lost my voice from singing and
cheering last night - oh, it was just superb.

I'm presuming Astrid, that it was you that did the names for Read
My Name - thank you. I was so happy when my name was one of the
first you could see.

I don't know what else to say, other than it was a fantastic night,
our seats were brilliant, Chris De Burgh, as always was amazing.

To those that are fortunate to go to one of the following concerts
- Enjoy!

Samantha
