Beatrix and Maarten Ouwerkerk:

It's half past eleven and we are home again...really exited
Our man has done it again!!
I have to admit, I was sceptical about the evening, but no, we, the
list members and not at least Chris himself made the evening a
happening again.

We met Annelies, Mylene, Corry, Judith and mother, Cora & Teun and
Monique and more in the hall in front of the venue and a lot of
kissing and hugging went on for minutes. Right on time the music
started with the well known theme of WWC and we all were applauding,
but not the rest of the public (strange we thought, but we will teach
you how to receive him!!) A man sitting next to me was only clapping
his hands from the 4th song on, and then very polite and soft.....
There are people and oranges.....!

Chris was in a good mood, expressional when he saw we were helping him
to get the crowd on their feet. Corry saw me sweeping them up like a
cow driver LOL :)))
And!! Chris fur filled also a wish from me personally, because he sang
the song LONELY SKY; I myself never heard it live, I was really moved.
It's such a beautiful song. After the Britney-part the audience was a
little bit more convinced that Chris put down a perfect show again,
and the die-hards run to the stage front and danced the night away!
I was surprised so many man were there.

Also we met a boy, sitting in front of Annelies, who was only 16 and
all alone. He said his friends couldn't see why he liked Chris de
Burgh, but he was enthusiastic. I pointed the mailing list and de site
out to him, so, another fan/listmember is born??!!

Also my impression was, the stand with the cd's and merchandise was
stormed by many people after the show, many bought the latest cd, :
chris can have more ham on his sandwich tomorrow.

O,Yes, He told us he was in France for three days and came to Holland
by train, and it took him a long time.

For the list of songs you have to wait for Annelies, she is much
better at these things. Really, it was (AGAIN) a wonderful evening,
Chris de Burgh is a real good artist.
See your reviews from Tilburg next Friday,
