Claudia Dotterweich:

Hi everybody,
this is my review from the concert in Weimar yesterday.
As you might know I'm still "High on Emotion" after that wonderful
evening.
My husband and I came to Weimar in the afternoon to look around in
that beautiful little town. Unfortunately we missed the Sound-Check.
The concert startet at 7.30 p. m. just in time. The Residenzschloss
was a nice small venue and the weather was really fine. Chris was
dressed in black. After four or five songs a lady came along the two
blocks in the front looking for her seat. Finally she found it. Chris
stopped singing and went down of the stage to say hello to her
personally and shook her hand. Then he told her that she didn't miss
much. Everybody was laughing.
We were sitting in the left block in the 4th row. Right in front of
us in the 3rd row two seats were free. A little time after the
beginning of the show the people in the 3rd row werde moving up to
the right so they were sitting on the places in front of us. After
half an hour the two people for those places came and everybody in
that row had to change places. The couple were talking and sticking
their heads together during the concert so I couldn't see between
them. They should have gone to a different place and let other people
enjoy the concert.
Then another incident happened. A woman went with flowers to the
stage during a song, went up the stairs to the stage and gave Chris a
kiss. That happened so fast that the security guys couldn't do
anything.
And I never saw so many people making photos during the show, even in
front of the stage.
Chris sang the Medley and walked through the people like he did last
year. I like it very much and and so did the whole audience.
Everybody stood up to see him.
Then we finally stood in front of the stage to sing and dance with
Chris. He was in a good mood and sang over 2 1/2 hours, even the
Beatles songs at the end.
After that wonderful evening we drove home to Bamberg and arrived
around 1 a. m. in the morning.
Now I'm looking forward to my next concert in Weißenburg at the 22nd
of July and I hope to meet a lot of you there.

Greetings from Bamberg
Claudia (who is now going to listen to the CD "Live in Dortmund")
