Claudia Schreiber:

Ok, so after the nice answers to my review of last night, I can*t resist to write another one-so here we go!

I started my journey from Dresden to Potsdam (about 200 kms) at about 12 am. With no hurry, I had a little salad and coffee after an hour or so, and arrived relaxed to my hotel in Potsdam, only a 10 mins walk away from the venue! As there was no pool today, I took the chance to watch some senseless TV shows until it was time for a little dinner. Tonight I had good luck: they offered a really nice pan of vegetables, with potatoes and a nice dip on it! After having my usual Caipirinha I walked down the road to the venue, where I met the girls from last night as well as having a short chat with Al. He’s promised to have his own CD out next week, so maybe (keep your fingers crossed) we will finally be able to buy it then!

Soon it was time for the Storyman theme, and of course that moment clouds appeared on the sky, with strong wind…but it was still dry.

Chris walked up onto stage, with –I have to say- probably the same shirt as yesterday! The stage was quiet high today, and although the venue was surrounded by a very nice park (Which did not offer any horses to ride through, sadly…) it wasn’t as romantic as yesterday. They didn’t even sell something to eat, what annoyed many guests.

The setlist was the same as yesterday, I think…but it’s a shame that the concert got so short. Probably venues don’t allow loud music later than 10 pm?!?

After the first few songs heavy rain set in, and the stage crew had all hands taking back the instruments, cables and things to the back of the stage. But Chris did a “anti-rain-song” and with no fear started to walk through the audience while singing LIR! One of the security guys was walking behind him with an umbrella, but then gave in cos Chris didn’t seem to mind about the rain. Then thankfully the rain stopped and we had a great party.

So now I’ll have a good sleep and tomorrow I will drive 400 kms to Rostock to write another review.

  Sleep well all!

  Claudia
