Concert Review: Frankfurt, Germany - November 2, 1999

OK, I'll try to give a short review in English. Last night concert was great! I thought I had to be there very early in order to have a chance to stand in the front row. But, very amazing, there were not many people around. (Why?). But we were all "High on Emotion". At the beginning "When I think of you" and some other songs from the new album. "Es ist wunderbar, wieder hier in Frankfurt zu sein!", With this obligatory sentence Chris welcomed the audience. He asked what we would like to hear, and he did of course old songs like Spanish Train which made him famous as a storyteller, Borderline, etc.(I cannot remember all) and Patricia the Stripper !! (good joke as he picked up some nice dessous which someone threw on the stage: "Oh, there's a message for me... wash in cold water!"). Furthermore "Hotel California" and some songs of the Beatles. Chris mentioned one true thing: "Nowadays most artists do one hour play-back and than they go home with your money." After three hours he finished (lalalalalala...I don't really want to go .... lalalalalala... but it's the end of the show) Unfortunately, BUT there is CCCC yet to come..
