Concert Review: Wiesmoor, Germany - August 27, 2000

The second concert was yesterday. They let us in a little belated. It started a little bit raining, but that wasn't a problem . I make me a place in the first row! YESsss!!! At ~20:20 the special guests, a nice 2 man/woman group called "see you" or "cu", was playing. She had a really good voice. And after 40 minutes, when she sang a song like "when it will rain again" or so, the rain stopped. When Chris came on the stage, it wasn't raining, no it was pouring!! I had a rain coat on but after 1/2 an hour the water runs from the collar over my back, directly in my shoes. What a fun!!! :)))))) Sometimes it was raining so strong that I couldn't see anything, because I had so much water in the eyes. But the atmosphere was so phantastic that Chris and band enjoyed it very much and made a really great concert with many special songs. We and he start to sing raining songs like "rain was pouring on my head..." or "summer rain" (I think it was the group with Heike M. and Hannelore who start the songs). Sometimes he wanted to play a song but the people start another song so he had to stop his one and sang with the crowd.
Today my arms are blue, because the blocking was so high that I hit my arms all the time on it. And a could will follow too, because I was so wet and only have a new shirt with me, not trousers. And I have to change my clothes on the parkingplace like "Patricia" *grin*. Hope you weekend was eventful just like mine and say good night.
