Concert Review: Rotterdam, Netherlands (Nokia Night Of The Proms) - November 28, 2001

Ooooooooooh yeaaaaaaaahhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I woke up this morning and it still is true !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn''t dream t-shirt and flowers as evidence !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last night i went with Eric (hubby) Mareicke and her daughter in law to Night of the Proms. We were wearing CdeB t-shirt i wore the latest designed t shirt ( Thanks Lids, thanks Andy :-)))) ). We stood first row (waiting outside 1 1/2 hours) and when Chris came we start yelling and i showed him my t shirt intended to give it to him! Well at High on Emotion he jumped of the stage and run to us !!!!!!!! Oh my gosh i gave him the shirt got a hug and that was it !!!!!!!!! But hold on best is yet to come............... at the break Chris Andrews came to me and returned my shirt ......ooops i said it was a present for Chris. Then Chris A. told me he had signed it so he thought i would love to get it back. So we start talking and i told him i wrote Chris a letter because this year at Volendam Mareicke had a chance to meet him but the camera didn't work very well. And that we really would love to meet Chris again and give the piccies another try!! So Chris A. said well come on i will bring to him come over here. Well as an athletic i jumped over............. grabbed the camera and there we went!!!
But when we came backstage they just had served his dinner :-((( And we had to get back. Oh i felt miserable......then a belgian securitygard came looking for me !!!!!!!!!! And brought me and this time for real!!!!!!!!!!!!! to Chris. Siggghhhhh oh he was so gentile kissed us 3 times we took piccies and told him we've already had booked for Scotland and London. He kissed again to say goodbye signed Mareicke's t shirt also and then we got back at the 1st row!!!!! Giggling like schoolgirls and couldn''t believe what just happened!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then at the end all artists come on stage again got flowers and sung Yellow Submarine and then he came again just walking to us blew me a kiss and...........threw the flowers to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOOOOOOOOOW what an evening what a man !!!!!!!!! What a terrific night and concert !!!!!! We really had such a good time Meatloaf was great sometimes a bit too long but Chris siiighhh again he really stole my heart....ehhh show !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So i must i will !!!!!!!!!!get tickets for Rotterdam next year and i certainly will be at 1st row again!!!!!!!!!!!!
