Concert Review: Hamburg, Germany - October 19, 2002

Thomas Gamradt:

What a great weekend!
Yesterday we where able to watch the whole Frankfurt concert live and
fullscreen on the computer and even record the audio, and today we saw
the man live in Hamburg.
Martina and me arrived at the concert hall at a quarter to six and
where just starting to freeze when Astrid arrived. We had a short chat
and a glance at the birthday book, which is really absolutely amazing.
Astrid, I hope you got your tickets in time and where able to hand
over the presents.
The concert itself was even better than Frankfurt yesterday - which
might of course be because I was there and didn't only watch it on TV...
He even played Spanish train, Perfect day and Patricia. It's a long
time since I saw *that* much underwear thrown onto the stage ;-)
These three songs replaced Sailing away and In a country churchyard.
The rest of the set list was the same.
However, the atmosphere was just great, especially in the second half
when everything was just a big dancing party where we stood - second
row exactly in the middle :-)))
Wow, I hope this email made sense, as you can see that I'm still High
on emotion...
Have a nice sunday everybody!
