Chris de Burgh's daughter to be heard on his new CD

Munich. Singer Chris de Burgh (55) immortalized the voice of his daughter and current
Miss World Rosanna (19) in his track "Here For You". "The song describes a scene at
the airport. A girl travels on her own for the first time. All friends have come to
say goodbye and the sad parents are standing in the background", said Burgh to the
Munich Abendzeitung of Friday.

When Rosanna flew to China for a month for the Miss World election, it suddenly had
been exactly like that. "We were standing there and asking ourselves what she will
experience there", the singer added. To comfort him, his daughter recorded a small
passage that can now be heard on the record: "Don't worry 'bout me, I'll be alright."

After his new CD "The Road To Freedom", his 17th album, the Irish singer is obviously
drawn to other creative outlets. "I am currently working together with a friend at a
screenplay about the story of a woman who is about to die in a home for elderly
people.", said de Burgh to the newspaper. A nurse discovers her diary and with it a
whole life of stories. The singer emphasizes: "I think that's great: Old people are
the personification of a full life."
