The co-operation of the Irish specialist in sweet romance was planned for
years, but his always fullscheduled agenda didn't allow him long time guest
part. He was also a bit frightened himself because of the short time
performance. "To present yourself in 3 or 4 numbers is hard to do" confess
the troubadour from Dublin.

"In all those years my performance takes longer and longer nowadays i
perform for more than 3 hours, just like Bruce Springsteen. It's because i
can't decide what to sing from my repertoire, i mostly like singing form
all my 17 albums! Finally i let the decision to the organization at least
they know the rest of the program.

Chris also remarked the interaction between stage and public. "There is no
reserve" "Everbody s here to have a great time, when sometimes something
goes wrong it's no disaster, most important is the shared fun! For a more
various public than i am usual playing for.For myself i've never expected
to meet so many younger people. It's the proof for me that youth is really
more interested in this, instead of heavy rock 'n roll and house that
makes MTV run over".
