"Hello to all my good friends in Montreal,
As I write this I am halfway through a solo tour of Europe. This is the first solo tour I have done in six years and had forgotten how exciting it is to perform to an audience the songs the way they were written. The reaction has been amazing with lots of singing and dancing and whilst I am performing solo all the excitement of a band show is still there.
I decided a couple of days ago that, as I was having so much fun on this tour, I really wanted to perform this show to my fans in Montreal; the place that it all started for me and one of my favourite cities in the world to perform.
So I called my friends at DKD and asked them if they could help me with this endeavour. Happily they could and today I am delighted to be announcing two exclusive solo performances at the St. Denis 2 Theatre on the 24th and 25th of September. I am very much looking forward to coming back to Montreal and I hope to see you there.
